JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a Civil Engineer to work with our dedicated team of Professionals in Crown Point, Indiana 46307.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Engineering and technical related tasks included, but are not limited to the following:
- Undertaking design tasks for projects, from conceptualization to implementation.
- Reviewing and modifying production drawings for various projects, subdivisions, industrial facilities, and site developments.
- Applying comprehensive knowledge of engineering concepts, principles, codes, and procedures within the civil engineering sector.
- Conducting research and compiling project-related data to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Developing calculations using analytical software.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's of Science degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an ABET accredited program.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Civil engineering (Site Development), with a preference for candidates with Professional Engineer (PE) or Engineer-in-Training (FE) certification.
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft technical reports and communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, consultants, and the public.
- Proficient in CAD or Computer Aided Drafting.
- Capable of working collaboratively in a team environment and displays a keen interest in professional growth.
